Stephen Hawking unveiled a new clock, the chronophage, on the wall of Corpus Christi College, between Bene’t Street and King’s Parade, on Friday 19th September. It has a locust/grasshopper at the top, eating away at the time, indicated with blue LEDs (here showing 6:11 pm). It cost $2m to make. More info from the Guardian.
