A ceremonial procession to Great St. Mary's Church, King's Parade, Cambridge, England

I chanced upon this procession as I was walking along King’s Parade last Saturday. Apparently, there was a memorial service in Great St. Mary’s Church, though I can’t find any more information from Google.
